4. Client Obligations

We comply with industry safety standards and environmental regulations. Clients must ensure a safe working environment and adhere to safety instructions. Any hazards must be communicated before project commencement.

6. Equipment and Liability

BonVic Drilling uses high-quality equipment maintained to industry standards. However, we are not liable for damages caused by unforeseen ground conditions or third-party negligence. Clients are responsible for any damages to our equipment caused by their negligence.

7. Delays and Force Majeure

  1. We strive to meet project deadlines; however, delays may occur due to weather, unforeseen ground conditions, or regulatory issues.
  2. BonVic Drilling is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

We guarantee workmanship quality in line with industry standards. However, we do not guarantee specific water yields or purity in borehole drilling.

8. Termination of Services

  1. Either party may terminate the contract in writing if obligations are not met.
  2. If the client cancels after work has commenced, payment for work done must be settled.

Disputes shall be resolved amicably through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to arbitration or legal proceedings in the jurisdiction of our business operations.

9. Intellectual Property

All reports, designs, and data produced by BonVic Drilling remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Privacy Policy

We collect and store client information for service provision purposes only. We do not share personal data with third parties without consent unless required by law.

BonVic Drilling reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

11. Governing Law
