Bonvic Drilling stands behind the quality of our work with a written 12 month warranty on all borehole drilling services, equipment installation and water system solutions. A borehole is a decades long investment, and our warranty is the written commitment that it was built properly.

What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in pumps, pipes and drilling equipment
- Workmanship issues in borehole construction and installation
- System performance failures below specified standards
- Water contamination caused by installation faults
- Electrical component failures, excluding power surges
- Structural integrity of borehole casing
- Pump motor and control system malfunctions
- Water testing and quality verification services
Warranty Terms & Conditions
Important information
- Warranty period is 12 months from the project completion date
- Routine maintenance must be carried out as set out in your operation manual
- The warranty is void if unauthorised modifications are made to the system
- Natural disasters and other events outside our control are excluded
- Report any issue to us as soon as you notice it, so the fault does not worsen
- Your original invoice and warranty certificate are required for a claim
Making a Warranty Claim
📞 Step 1: Contact us
Call or WhatsApp us as soon as you notice a problem. Our technical team will give you initial guidance over the phone.
📋 Step 2: Documentation
Send us your warranty certificate, original invoice and a description of the problem, with photos if you have them.
🔍 Step 3: Assessment
Our technicians inspect the system on site and confirm whether the fault falls within the warranty.
✅ Step 4: Resolution
If the fault is covered, we repair or replace the affected components at no cost to you.
